"Clear GIFs" are clear electronic images that are used to track your movements on our Website. "Digital Rights Management" or "DRM" is a technology employed by Gamelab to control the access and use of its games and to obtain feedback about its games. Upon expiration of the trial period for a game, Digital Rights Management requires a User to either purchase the game or cease playing. Gamelab uses the Trymedia ActiveMark technology for our DRM solution so that Gamelab may activate or prevent access to its games. An "IP Address" is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. In some cases your IP address stays the same from browser session to browser session; but if you use a consumer Internet access provider, your IP address probably varies from session to session. We track IP addresses of any visitor on our Website and in some in-game features, including in all of the features described above in the section Personal Information You Provide to Us.
