The Game

Get ready for a retro romp that'll have you dodging aliens and jumping bottomless pits like it was 1982! In Arcadia REMIX you'll travel through an arcade wonderland and try to unlock 16 mini-games by beating all the high-scores in the arcade. It won't be easy though: in Arcadia REMIX you'll be playing up to 4 games at a time so you had better bring fast reflexes and a pocketful of quarters.

The Design

We created this revision of Arcadia because we felt like the original web release of the game never quite had the depth and addictiveness that the concept deserved. So for Arcadia Remix we added twelve new mini-games, put in structured game levels, implemented a power-ups system, and packed in plenty of goodies, like the animations you get after completing each stage. As an experiment in remixing retro game culture and strange new gameplay mash-ups, Arcadia Remix is pure Gamelab goodness.

  • 16 different retro-style minigames... all the "classic games" that never really existed! Can you handle playing up to four of them at once?
  • Enhance your performance with power-ups that boost your score, give you all-important extra lives, and activate GOD MODE.
  • 50 levels of frenetic fun across five classic arcade machines... dominate every high score list!
  • When you've scored all the #1 high scores, try making your own mix of Arcadia minigames in Endless Mode!
